Located in the foothills of the Andes at 3,000 3,440 feet above sea level, the high altitude gives the wine great natural acidity, and the warm days its full flavors. 50% Syrah, 25% Bonarda, 15% Malbec, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon. Using a propietary technique (ironically, NOT reverse osmosis, this is more gentle), they are able to decrease the wine's alcohol to 10%
