Restored Marantz 2325 with Wood Case The quality of the soundThis is a beautiful Marantz 2325 receiver. It came to me in completely original condition. It sounded good but definitely needed some work. I was expecting to find the typical signs of normal use like burned areas around the high wattage resistors and melting around the faceplate lamps. However, the shroud around the lamps was perfect without any discoloration and the boards were free from heat scorching. That was a good sign! The Marantz factory
