Description

A bubbly for all occasions

A honest collaboration between a winemaker

This sprawling field blend of a dozen or so varietals is picked at the same time and co-fermented then aged in large oak foudres and concrete tanks on the lees to yield a white wine with both depth and freshness

this Chardonnay is crisp

The most scarce of all the El Bandito's

Holocene Red Blend '22 Event A bubbly for all occasionsA big red blend that doesn't suck. Ripe plums and cinnamon bark, sandalwood perfume, a touch of nastergal jam. We can't keep this on the shelves.
