Anatomy & Physiology Lab 05: Drug Dosage & Chemotherapy - Durable Manual Richards Blood sample (Type O)Students will test different dosages of a new chemotherapy drug on liver cells. The effectiveness of the liver cells breaking down hydrogen peroxide and producing oxygen is used to measure the efficiency of the drug. This is a very simple set up that uses balloons to capture the oxygen and timing when the balloons stand up to determine adequate oxygen production. Items included in this lab are listed below.
