Maison Boutinot, 'Céliane' Côtes De Thau Rosé, 2025, Côtes De Thau (IGP) aglia Manos Negras (literally "Black Hands")'One Liner' A pale, dry southern French ros with redcurrant fruit, a little texture and a lovely fresh finish. Tasting Note Pale pink in the glass. The nose leans into redcurrant and raspberry, with a light citrusy lift. On the palate it feels dry, bright and gently textural rather than overly simple, with juicy red berry fruit and a clean, refreshing finish. Easy to like, but with enough shape to work properly at the table. Country: France Region:
