Stargazer Pinot Noir Scotland Full bodied with a lingeringBright ruby red in hue, the nose opens up to an abundance of red fruits, including fresh mulberries, poached rhubarb, and tamarillo sappiness, with a slight gunflint reduction at first. Roasted hazelnut and Chinese five spice undertones, as well as some Campari complexity from the wild ferment, serve as indicators of some toasted oak. The vivid fruit is supported by delicate tannins made of graphite, which have a lovely clarity on the tongue.
