An excellent lightweight nakiri with edge geometry and performance that punches well above its price tag
the santoku is a great all rounder for your daily food prep
Being double bevelled
This knife combines a Blue #1 core with a soft iron and blue #2 steel cladding finished with a polished damascus and tsuchime cladding and it's only right to pair such a blade with an equally high quality handle made from stabilised green maple with triple nickel spacers and double white buffalo bolster and heel
We have this single piece and it's listed as non-standard only due to some minor hairline scratches along the cladding line on one side and a very small pit in the cladding (highlighted in photos)
