Reillys Dry Land Shiraz ABV 14.2% thanks to diverse clones andThe 2017 was hand picked at optimal ripeness with prior to open fermentation. Hand plunging and gentle pressing has retained the fine fruit characters prior to 24 months maturation in American and French oak hogsheads. After maturation, the batches were expertly blended to create this perfectly balanced wine. The profile shows stewed plums, ripe berries, chocolate, mocha, hint of pepper and spice with well integrated oak and lingering finish.
