Tasting Note Deep ruby in colour, with ripe black cherry, cassis and fig joined by fresh tobacco, mocha and warming spice. The palate is full and concentrated, with generous dark fruit wrapped around firm, sinewy tannins, while an earthy, gently mineral character brings savoury depth.
