Shaw & Smith M3 Chardonnay Magnum 1.5L Whiskey inspired by Mouton RothschildShaw & Smith M3 Chardonnay is sourced from the cool, elevated vineyards of Lenswood, Piccadilly, and Lobethal, grown on loam over clay and quartz, with additional fruit from trusted growers. Hand picked and whole bunch pressed, the grapes were gently fermented in French oak barrels for nine months, completing both primary and malolactic fermentation before blending in stainless steel prior to bottling.
