Hentley Farm The Beauty Shiraz Muscat a Petit Grain Densely packed layers of aromaSourced from the coolest block on the estate, located on the eastern bank of Greenock Creek, this vineyard features deep red clay loam soils, a low topographical position, shaded mornings and northsouth oriented rows, all contributing to a refined and elegant style. The fruit is destemmed and co fermented with 3% wet Viognier skins, with one third fermented off skins in oak before basket pressing. This gentle approach enhances aromatic lift and
