This is a 50g pack of size 11/0 Duracoat Galvanised Poseidon Blue seed beads made by the Japanese company Miyuki

This clasp was bought when we visited the Claspgarten Factory

The clasp measures about 19 x 6mm- has 3 rows and a springtongue mechanism

The Miyuki number for these beads is 1882

8mm Venetian chevron bead in Red- White and Blue with 6 layers (1940s) 6 rows The Miyuki number for thisThis is a Blue chevron bead which has been made using Venetian cane from the 1940s. The cane has 6 layers of colour glass which has then been cut and shaped to make a bead approximately 8mm in diameter. Due to the production methods there is a lot of variation between the beads so no two are the same size.
