For use with interior mortise locks. Villa design. Cir. 1890. The strike plate is made of steel with bronze plating. These have been used and do show some wear plate loss. The strike plate measures 3 1 2"h x 7 8"w, excluding tab. The tab measures 7 8"h x 1 2"w from edge of plate. It has a latch hole and a deadbolt hole. The latch hole measures 3 4"h x 1 2"w.
