De Wetshof Estate, 'Bon Vallon' Chardonnay, 2025, Robertson (WO) Bins lavender and leather butOne LinerFresh, elegant Chardonnay citrus, apple and a clean mineral finish. Tasting NotePale straw in the glass. The nose is bright and precise, showing lemon, green apple and a subtle hint of toasted almond. On the palate its crisp and refined, with fresh acidity and a lightly textured mid palate. Theres no heavy oak here just a clean, focused style with a gentle creaminess and a long, mineral finish. Balanced, elegant and very easy to drink.
