Each bundle contains good sized pieces of silk brocade dating from the 1700s possibly from Lyon

a pretty landscape with castles and decorative architecture and in the foreground a shepherd  in medieval dress with a flock of sheep

There are also stylised birds holding flowers in their beaks

an overall patina of age as you would expect and some holes along the top edge

All of our bespoke cushions are unique in shape and size and are supplied with a high quality feather pad. They are backed in antique silk and have silk covered buttons with loop fastenings. This cushion is bespoke made using 18th century ecclesiastical silk brocades and gilt trims. Measurements: 64 x 34cm
