The wine is then fermented & aged in barrel for a year, resulting in a wine of great richness with flavours of butterscotch, pureed mango, burnt orange skin & a lip smacking roasted hazelnut undertone. Alentejano, Portugal 100% Viognier Vegan 12. 5% ABV Food Pairing Pastry dishes with stone fruits, apricot tart or pie is a personal favourite.
