Tsutomu Kajiwara Blue #2 Damascus Nakiri core-vg10 Care: It's better to washAn excellent nakiri with a lovely damascus finish from a highly skilled blacksmith, the blue #2 steel takes a wicked edge and retains it well. The nakiri boasts a relatively thick profile designed for durability and has a good out of the box edge but we love that there's also plenty of scope for more experienced knife owners to thin it further should they wish to get even more from this wonderful blade.
