Polperro Pinot Gris California deep crimson colour with thePuzzle of complexity, Intricately woven aromatics of bergamot and lemon myrtle with a lick of vanilla bean. Fresh granny smith apple and finger lime fruit profile and complex aromatics are woven tightly. Need wide glass. Palate is silky and finessed with a textural element tapering the palate gently. The palate has generous orchard fruit (apple, nashi) with an element of spiced pear, spiced pear jam adding another layer. A lot to unpack!
