It combines free run juice from younger vines with select pressings and free run juice from the old block, resulting in a wine thats bursting with intense floral aromatics and juicy, ripe flavours. Hand picked and chilled overnight to 0C, the fruit was whole bunch pressed to produce pristine juice, which was cool fermented in stainless steel tanks
