then decidedly adherent

but is not really fruit driven and relies on a savoury composition of herbal and inky notes to appeal to the taste buds

But the very different character of their two vineyard plots convinced them to make two cuvees

Famille J-M Cazes, Pauillac 2021 Tuscany An organically-certified cuvee this wineThis wine has a powerful muscular nuance, with a nose of red currant a blackberry compote. The palate is framed in a chalky minerality around central core of red and black currant preserves. Lots of charcoal smoke prevail leading to a rich warm finish.
