Patrick Piuze, Chablis Premier Cru Les Sechets 2020 Begali Lorenzo A very special ChampagneThe bouquet is pure, focused and detailed, offering up scents of tart orange, lemon, pear, chalky minerality, citrus peel, vanillin oak and a top note of dried flowers. On the palate the wine is deep, full bodied and rock solid at the core, with great cut and grip, impressive focus and a long, racy and complex finish up impressive structural integrity Amazing aging potential!
