醸造方法：収穫されたブドウは30～33℃の温度管理下で15～18日間発酵。その後、6ヶ月間ステンレスタンクで熟成し、さらに様々なサイズのスラヴォニア産オーク樽で30ヶ月間、瓶内で3ヶ月間の熟成が行われます。
