IMPORTANT:  After cleaning the skillet we discovered that somewhere in its life the upper edge of the skillet cracked or had a weakness in the pour (not likely but possible) creating a crack that only ran along the outer edge connecting the bottom to the side

We don't have the lid

This #17 is tougher to find because the most popular and most made was the #11 (8 cup)

This Griswold #8 Large Block, Tite top Dutch Oven, has a fantastic surface and looks fantastic for its age.
