Outback Distilling - The Pioneers Collection - The Founders Cask Old & Rare The follow-up to the sell-out

The follow-up to the sell-out success of Edition One

matured in a mix of ex-Bourbon and ex-Sherry casks

baking spice and soft oak imparted by the sherry finish

and a hint of peat

offering an inviting balance between bright acidity and subtle Mediterranean warmth

Outback Distilling - The Pioneers Collection - The Founders Cask Old & Rare The follow-up to the sell-outThe Pioneers Collection represents the pinnacle of our Outback whisky craftsmanship. Released only twice a year in a numbered, small batch release, each expression tells a singular story of temperature shifts, meticulous cask selection and time in the elements. The Founders Cask is the first of the collection, drawn from the first cask we laid down by founders Michael McLaughlin and Will Fellowes, marking the beginning of The Outback Distilling Co.
