this is a fantastic wine to drink with roast red meats and has the potential to age for at least five years

There is a good depth of red fruits with floral and saline notes on the palate and it has a supple texture and a refreshing finish

J.J. Prum, Graacher Himmelreich, Riesling Auslese 2008 Pinot Grigio/Gris Jancis RobisonVery floral with quince, mint and hints of anise on the nose. Reminiscent of salted caramel, white raisin and honey on the palate with hints of citrus rind and a backbone of acidity cutting through the sappy intensity. Delicious now and worth following for 30 40 years.
