White Labs WLP002 - English Ale Yeast Orchard Breezin' Bottle BrushThis classic ESB strain, from one of England's biggest breweries, lends complexity to milds, bitters, porters, stouts, American style pale ales, and IPAs. It expresses a sweet malt character, mild fruity esters, and a hint of diacetyl. Plus it finishes clear perfect for harvesting for future fermentations. It flocculates hard, and can appear coagulated when done. ATTENUATION: 63% 70% FLOCCULATION: Very High ALCOHOL TOLERANCE: Medium (5 10%)
