pure red fruits and lissome acidity

Shingleback 'The Davey' Cabernet Sauvignon Victor Inviting aromas of blueberriesSweetly fruited with juicy, bright acidity balancing the sheer concentration and serious tannic structure. A wine to enjoy with hearty meats in its youth, it will repay cellaring through 2025 and beyond, mellowing and revealing further nuances. It's big and would compliment roast lamb or beef.
