The vines from this now famous Gimblett Gravels Irongate vineyard are selected at pruning, and crop levels are closely monitored to ensure excellent flavour concentration in the grapes. Cabernet Sauvignon 54%; Merlot 40%; Cabernet Franc 6% Lifted aromas of red and dark fruits with a touch of vanilla and
