Early 1910's Griswold #9 Round Griddle with Block Logo, ERIE 739 cast lid "704 Z" is ready for1910s Vintage Griswold #9 round griddle with slant logo is restored and seasoned for use. The surface finish is glass smooth and displays circular milling from factory finishing. The smooth surface will darken with each repeated seasoning. The X pattern on the bottom assists in heating and is acceptable for all cook surfaces including induction tops. The item number for this griddle is 739 and it bears the Erie marking as well.
