Grape grower and oenologist, she is one of the few women in Champagne to have both titles and to have both jobs simultaneously. Nathalie Falmet controls every aspect of her wine growing from the cultivation of the vine up to the the marketing of her bottles. Her three cuvees are all Pinot Noir dominant
