We were stoked to get together with the Willibald crew and knock out a collab at each of our breweries after we've been spending so much time hanging together outside of Ontario

We wanted to find a balance between our methods and approaches to brewing Double IPAs

IPA - 4-pk of "Observation (Strata)" tall cans glass 5% Hazy IPA we brewed"Observation" is our single hop series where we keep everything the same in the base beer and only change the dry hop. This allows us to 'observe' in a controlled way what aromas and flavours different hops give off, either alone or in a blend. For this batch, we are highlighting Strata hops from Hops Connect Canada. It's a collaboration with @hopsconnect and @yeastcanada using their finest Strata and a yeast designed to drive tropical, fruity esters.
