醸造方法： 10月初旬に収穫されたブドウは、温度管理の下、ステンレスタンクで14日間発酵。4年間熟成されるうち、３年は様々なオーク樽で行われます。8 ヶ月瓶内熟成。

深みのあるルビーレッド。ベリー系果実や花の香り。心地よい酸味とバランスのよいタンニンが特徴的です。程よいボディが味わいのあるワインです。

テイスティングコメント：ミネラルやスパイスの香りと、アプリコットのような凝縮感のある複雑な香りを持っています。上品でしっかりとした味わいは、まさに高級和食に合わせて飲みたい逸品です。

醸造方法：海抜150ｍに位置する4haの畑で収穫されたペコリーノから造られます。15℃で約20日間の発酵。デブルバージュしながら醸造します
