Els Vil Lusionistes, Unanim Simbiosi DO Priorat 2019 The Naughton Cider Company As the dominant component

As the dominant component

hence the title 'Grande Escolha'

Huge tannins wrap around all of the fruit in a big

natural cane sugar

Lovely minerality and purity here and real harmony between the linear acidity and subtle pithy bitter notes accompanying the citrus

Els Vil Lusionistes, Unanim Simbiosi DO Priorat 2019 The Naughton Cider Company As the dominant componentUnanim is the first wine Els Vil Lusionistes produced. It is a young wine from old vines and their veneration to Carignan in its purest state. The nose has a lovely ripe fruit, elements of blueberry. The palate is full bodied dense fruits with some graphite, tobacco, warm spices and slightly smoky. There are elegant tannins, long lasting, and very intense.
