Pokeno Sauternes Cask 700mL Mediterranean the only way to sample"After a full maturation in a first fill bourbon barrel, Pokeno have re racked this edition into a virgin oak cask, built to specification using 36 month air dried American oak. A light toast and char has enhanced the distillery's classic citrus and vanilla notes, adding hints of shortbread, toasted caramel and cocoa." Alc 46% 700ml
