Eight Ranges Pinot Noir Natural The minuscule yields of concentratedhis hand crafted wine comes from the best fruit from the cooler 2017 vintage. A lack of warmth through April made ripening the grapes a challenge but it presented us with smaller berries leading to deeper concentration of flavours. The wine spent 9 months on barrel, 24% new oak, and the characteristics of thyme and cherry reflect the site nicely. The wine will impress now but also will reward a few years in the cellar.
