Lambrusco is the name of the grape as well as the wine made from it and this one is deep ruby in colour with fresh, dark fruity flavours and a medium body. This is a dry wine, made to be served lightly chilled, preferably with cheese or pasta. Its fresh acidity works a treat with great pasta and olive oil.
