収穫後のブドウは約100日間自然乾燥。4年間の熟成を経て、その複雑な味と調和のとれた味わいを深く表現します。

醸造方法：全ての品種は別々に500Lの樽で土着酵母と共にパンチダウンをしながら発酵。その後、熟成の最後の段階でオーク樽でブレンドされます。 12-16ヶ月間オーク樽にて熟成の後、最低6ヶ月間の瓶内熟成。
