They broke the mold (literally) when they made this one. Both Wagner and Griswold made a few styles and sizes of these "hotel" waffle irons. They were intended for producing a higher volume of waffles for either customers at a buffet, or just for a hungry family. These are very hard to find these days and they sell quickly.
