醸造方法：ピノ・グリージョは、フレッシュ感とアロマをより高くするために8月後半に収穫され、その後すぐに発酵（15−10℃で25日間）。マロラクティック発酵は、完全に行う終了前に停止。一方ヴェルドゥッツォは9月末に収穫させて、棚上で3週間アパッシ（半乾燥）させます。期間のコールド・マセレーション（5℃で36時間）後、ステンレスタンクで発酵、その後バリックでマロラクティック発酵を行います。ピノ・グリージョ種は3ヶ月間ステンレスタンクで熟成させ、ヴェルドゥッツォ種はバリックで3ヶ月間熟成させます。その後ブレンドし瓶詰されます。45日間瓶内熟成。
