製造方法：収穫されたブドウは優しくプレスされ、ステンレスタンクにて発酵、6ヶ月間熟成を行います。瓶内熟成3ヶ月。

ブドウ品種：サンジョヴェーゼ80%、カナイオーロ15%、チリエジオーロ5%

テイスティング: 明るい麦わら色。柑橘系やリンゴの香りで、ミネラルが豊富。とてもフレッシュな味わいです。
