Grass Fed Beef Scotch Fillet Roast (Approx. 2kg) Our ribs are a BBQI have sold this cut of meat to many chefs who consider it a staple and a no brainer when offering customers arguably the best cut beef available. It is luxurious and with the full flavour from the marbling of that sweetness that you can only get from grass fed beef. This grass fed whole scotch fillet is a definite guest pleaser. Cooking Instructions We recommend you cook the beef scotch fillets over the BBQ, in the smoker or in the oven at 200.
