Gil Family Estate Bodegas Atalaya Laya 2020/23 Felton Road Double distilled in copper potBodegas Atalaya was founded in 2007 by the Gil Family of Jumilla. The prominent grape variety in Almansa is Garnacha Tintorera along with Monastrell. The 2017 Laya is 70% Garnacha Tintorera and 30% Monastrell planted around 1000 metres above sea level and aged for 4 months in French oak barrels. Deep red cherry in color. Elegant, fresh and complex nose that highlights ripe fruit and floral notes. Nice and fresh on the palate, well balanced with sweet
