When applying the sleeve over the calcaneus (heel), please note how the anatomical shape should be placed over the back of the calcaneus bone (heel). The wider part of the gel pad goes to the bottom of the foot as so indicated by the drawing. GEL PAD SHOULD NOT BE WORN UNDER THE BOTTOM OF THE HEEL. Product should be hand washed with soap and water
