Scott Rods - early SF era Scott "PowR-Ply" G90-6 Graphite Rod Vintage Fly Tackle Bolt Maker"For sale here is an early San Francisco era Scott "G" Model 90 6, 9' 6wt in two piece construction. Made in the mid 70's. The rod is in excellent+ condition. Un sanded blank, characteristic of Scott rods. Burgundy wraps with white and gray tipping at the winding check, ferrules and tip tops. Spigot ferrules for a more efficient transfer of energy. Hook keeper. Unique grip that is a reverse Ritz shape with a fine cork burl ring at the nose of the grip.
