Hardy Bros. Palakona Bamboo Rod 6' 5wt 8'4" Nice two-piece rod from RonFor sale here is a Hardy Bros. "Palakona" bamboo fly rod made in November 1971. 6' 2 1 for a 5 weight line. Serial L Z. The rod is in excellent original condition. Both sections are full length. The tip is 1 2" shorter, made that way. There is a slight fishing set in the tip that can easily be removed. Deep forest green silks with emerald green tipping. Agate stripping guide. English, reverse twist guides are brass colored as well is the hook keeper.
