Made from 100% Sangiovese Grosso (the same BBS11 Brunello clone), it is vinified entirely off the skins at low temperature for a pale, Provence styled colour. Mineral, savoury and textural, it earned a Silver at the 2023 International Wine & Spirit Competition.
