Tokay and Brandy casks — a rich and layered foundation

Audacity Tasmanian Single Malt Whisky Size:700ml and multiple Gold and DoubleThe Audacity Single Malt Whisky is the jewel in the crown of the 'Leap of Faith' series. Callington Mill acquired this Old Kempton Distilled spirit, initially aged in 20L Australian Tawny and Apera casks. The whisky matured further in 300L white fortified casks from the Rutherglen region in Victoria. Audacity is a deep amber Tasmanian Whisky that provides intense and powerful notes of vanilla custard, cocoa and tobacco.
