Confetti Vinyl Appliqué member With the full setDo you love confetti? We do! Heres a fabulous collection full of designs specially digitized to showcase your favorite confetti under a layer of transparent vinyl. Inspired by art from Stephen Wilson Studio, this 12 piece collection is full of common exclamations, phrases of endearment, and words of encouragement. It uses a mix of standard appliqu and vinyl appliqu that allows you to embellish the design with 3D elements, like confetti.
