R.L. Winston Bamboo Rod 9' 2/1 #7 9' which is polishedFor sale here is an R. L. Winston 9' 2 1 5 oz. bamboo fly rod. Serial no. 8847. Merrick era. The rod is in excellent original condition with one minor exception: the 5th guide down from the tip top has been re wrapped. All sections are full length and straight. Lovely straw colored cane. The rod features champagne colored wraps with burgundy tipping at the winding check, signature wrap, ferrules, and tip top. The script remains clean and bold. Bronzed
