Bill Ballan Fly Reel 3" HL Leonard For sale here is aA Bill Ballan fly reel, 3" and set up for LHW though the drag has a fairly neutral bias. Excellent used condition with some very minimal cosmetic wear but no major issues that I could find. Weighs 6. 8 ounces on my scale with the included fly line and backing. Silver frame with black sideplates and a classic "S" handle with "Bill Ballan" etched into the counterbalance. The reel comes in a brown suede zip pouch with fleece lining.
